Refund policy

At Melody & Christine, each piece is thoughtfully made just for you through our print-on-demand process. Because every item is created to order, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind, sizing preferences, or general selection errors.

We truly appreciate your understanding and support of a more intentional way of producing clothing.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or not quite right, please reach out within 7 days of receiving your package. We will gently review the situation and, if approved, arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

To help us support you as quickly as possible, please include:

  • Your order number
  • A short description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item received

Exchanges

We are unable to offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different size or color, we recommend placing a new order for the preferred item.


Returns

As each item is created individually for you, we do not accept returns for non-defective items. In the rare case a package is returned to our fulfillment partner, it is typically not restocked and may be donated or responsibly disposed of.


EU Consumer Rights Directive Exemption

As our products are made to order and personalized, they are exempt from the EU 14-day right of withdrawal under Article 16(c) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive.


Lost Packages

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please reach out and we will do our best to help resolve it with care.
